*The challenge facing the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is not to implement the unified regulations for the year 2018, which determines the prices of private, private and foreign higher education institutions , but rather to strengthen control over these establishments. so that they do not cross the wall of decisions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the year 2024. This helps the Ministry of Higher Education so that the students of these establishments know their rights and pay no other fees. Every university student must know the fees imposed on them by the unified regulations for payment. The fees for the year 2018 constitute the unified fee regulation for students of higher education institutions and work with the fee regulation for other transactions in accordance with the decision issued yesterday by the Ministry*.
