Sudan Family Planning Association elects new board led by Dr Ashraf, emphasizes opening up voluntary work in Sudan
The Sudanese Family Planning Association has announced programs and projects for the year 2025, which focus on meeting the needs imposed by war conditions, support coordination with the association's local and international partners and place the fight against gender-based violence as a priority on the list of projects. for the year through the performance report of the Sudan Family Planning Association during the election session held today Thursday at the Health Insurance Hall in the presence of a representative of the Nile State Government and a representative of the Humanitarian Aid Commission, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Health, the executive director of the locality of Al-Damer, representatives of youth and sports, as well as members of the committee executive and young volunteers.
Ms. Kawthar Muhammad Ibrahim, Executive Director of the Association, read the performance report and future visions, which were unanimously approved, as well as the financial report of the Association.

During its procedural session, the Assembly elected Dr. Ashraf Hussein, President and Dr. Taj Al-Sir Khidr was appointed Vice President, while Ms. Atiyat Mustafa won the position of Secretary General, while Mr. Khaled Abdel Salam was elected treasurer, in addition to the election of (7) other people to represent the main committees of the new council during its session (2025 – 2028), which focused on. opening up the field of volunteering in Sudan with a new approach. Contributes to its presence in regional and international forums.
