property investment! Don’t put all your eggs in one basket! ✍️Ismail Adam Muhammad Zain

Many people have discovered that real estate investing is not as safe as they thought! They have increased their acquisitions of land, houses, buildings or residential apartments. Some of them own it in a city, in order to be close to it, for the purposes of surveillance, construction, maintenance, and to collect monthly rent!

The war came and it brought something new. Suddenly they found themselves displaced in the same town, where they were safe, and others went to the next town. As the fighting intensified and the number of casualties increased, some chose to head to the neighboring town. their ancient pastures, to their families. Some of them returned home and some of them stayed as guests in his house after he sold it! Others fled to cities they had never reached before! They were faced with astronomical rental prices, with an increasing cost of living as well. Many people have lost all their sources of income from real estate, houses, buildings, shops or residential apartments, and some of them have lost their cars or buses!

Therefore, I want people to reconsider their options when it comes to real estate ownership! Let them sharpen their minds and think differently about real estate investment. Instead of gathering their properties in one city or country, they should consider getting rid of them, while keeping a house or apartment as their residence and purchasing land or houses in other cities. ! Inside and outside the country, unrest is expected to spread to other countries!

With the diversification of investments, to be divided between stocks, bonds, gold, virtual currencies, etc., it is the time of the world citizen! A citizen of the whole earth has a house!

It involves planning and rethinking.

I found by chance a Sudanese company that works in the real estate field and it has offers that I find good, especially if families come together in partnership, to buy land here in the Emirates, a house, an apartment , or a commercial store. This company works with a trustworthy entity offering good guarantees. The office is also owned by a well-known family in Sudan.

Apartment prices vary from 160,000 dirhams for a one-room apartment and a living room to 400,000 dirhams for a large apartment to 2,000,000 dirhams for a villa in residential (compound) plan.
