American confusion in the Sudanese file is an endless controversy – the latest treatment to date – ✍️ Khaled Fadl Al-Sayyid

There was widespread controversy and multiple denunciations from various sectors of the Sudanese people, who participated in major marches that spread across Sudan following the decision issued by the US Treasury Department against the president of the Sudanese Sovereignty Council, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah. al-Burhan, president of the Sovereignty Council, whose reasons are to add his name to the list of financial sanctions.

Although this decision is specifically directed against the person of Al-Burhan, according to which the assets or property he owns in the United States or the financial accounts in the States will be frozen and frozen, it has no effect being given that Al-Burhan has There are no assets, property or money in the United States, and the decision-makers there know this very well. The decision has created a kind of confusion, disapproval and denunciation among different sectors of the Sudanese people.

But according to other accounts, the decision is intended to send a political message rather than a practical measure.

We condemn and denounce this decision because it comes at a time when the armed forces are advancing on all military axes and are on the verge of defeating the rapid support militias and their mercenaries, who are now fleeing the battlefields after being surprised by all the parties. Such a decision, at present, has no justification other than the fact that it confirms America's situation and that its support for the UAE and the militias in this war does not need to be explanations.

These contradictory decisions by the United States mean that there has long been obvious confusion in Sudan's foreign policy. The United States has high-ranking officials and leaders who have influence over decision-makers unless they are loyal themselves. the Zionist entity hostile to the country, considered a vital part of this war and working behind the scenes, it is fanning the flames of this war through its agent, the United Arab Emirates, which is fighting by proxy on behalf of the Zionist entity .

The Sudanese government must learn from past mistakes and not rely solely on the United States of America to improve the economy, whether in trade or military relations. They always use the stick and root policy with us, and that is wrong. a policy that does not work, which implies a sort of hegemony, which imposes opinion and does not disobey orders. America always enters into endless political and controversies that affect the economy. If the Sudanese government wants to achieve security, it must look to other countries to create some sort of balance, such as Russia, China and Iran, and move away from the axis of evil, the America, Europe and its agents. salvation from this crisis, and this is considered the right direction and the real beginning of moving forward. It's better late than never.
