In the same context, some universities have strived to overcome all the challenges facing the university's online learning process, provided that academic courses are carried out on the platform of the Secretariat of Scientific Affairs, designed to accommodate all colleges. programs, but despite these efforts and this deliberate decision, many students doubt and complain that they have difficulty receiving courses due to the weak network and financial conditions of some students.
