Addressing the opening of the coordination meeting, Mr. Ismail Kamel Mahmoud, Deputy Secretary of the Sinnar State Supreme Council for Child Welfare, confirmed that previous periods were marked by low coordination and their impact on the dispersion of efforts, noting that the Children's Council is responsible for protecting children, ensuring coordination and unifying efforts.

He said the importance of the partners' meeting lies in developing recommendations that would determine appropriate frameworks and appropriate mechanisms to coordinate efforts and work towards building an integrated child protection system.



While Ms. Manal Dhawina Hammad, Director of the Nutrition Department at the Ministry of Health, welcomed the roles to which UNICEF and national organizations working in the field of children continue to aspire, gaps still exist and require coordination of all.

She added that the current situation of children in the state sorely requires unified efforts and enhanced interventions. Dhuina revealed the opening of 37 outpatient treatment centers for malnourished children, and stressed that the coming period will see an expansion of these openings. of all state centers destroyed by the rapid support terrorist militia, providing it with supplies and implementing activities.

Meeting participants presented a number of observations and recommendations in support of the coordination process and requirements for engagement with protection systems levels and to keep abreast of the activities of organizations at the local level .
