The Secretary General of the State Government, head of the mechanism, said in a radio statement that the meeting approved the final report for the year 2024, which discussed the total number of constitutional decisions and decrees issued this year , which amount to seventy-eight decisions of the State, thirty-one decisions of the government council and three constitutional decrees, in the presence of all the members of the mechanism represented by the employees of the institutions and the director of the office of the local government of the state.
Al-Jaali confirmed that the meeting discussed the follow-up of the implementation of the decisions and finally approved these implementations, which will be submitted to the state governor and the government council for consideration. He said the mechanism, through discussion, was implemented. was able to examine the process of implementation of the three constitutional decrees published during the year 2024 and relating to the Official Gazette in constitutional decree number one, which began its work, completed its structure and received its headquarters, and Constitutional Decree No. 1. Two concerning the budget, which was approved and is being implemented in the year two thousand and twenty-five, in addition to Constitutional Decree No. 3 relating to the government agency for real estate and housing supervision , the implementation of which represented a real breakthrough by amending the law of the year two thousand and seventeen with this law structured in an integrated manner to manage the affairs of government real estate and state houses.
The Secretary General of the State Government indicated that the application of these decrees represents a qualitative leap in administrative and financial work and in governmental, legislative and judicial assets, specifying that the mechanism during the year two thousand twenty-five developed an immediate work plan on decisions and decrees and their follow-up in coordination and agreement with the Department of Decisions and Decrees, the Governor's Secretariat and the Council of Ministers.
