As part of the follow -up of the developments of the crisis that the State is going through, the Minister of Finance and Agriculture held a meeting with Mr. Secretary of the Sovereign Council, His Excellency, Lieutenant -General Mohamed, Youssef Al -Ghaly , During the meeting, the impact of the militia targeting electric transformers was discussed on the winter agricultural season, which led to the disruption of energy supplies for agricultural projects.
And the emphasis was put during the discussion on taking emergency solutions, in particular the promotion of the protection of electrical infrastructure and the security of transformers to avoid such brutal targeting which directly affected citizens, and a letter From Mr. Wali of the State of the North was given by calling to provide the necessary support for the Ministry of Agriculture, which doubled the agricultural patch at 100%, which requires concerted efforts to counter this expansion.
In this context, it was underlined the need to activate coordination between the authorities concerned to provide urgent energy alternatives and the means of movement, in order to mitigate the negative effects of the crisis and to ensure the continuity of the season agricultural.
