_ I think that the Zakat Office of the State can contact the Ministry of Planning of Development of the Ministry of Finance to seek development projects which require crowdfunding (local component) and the secretariat of Zakat at three years, the Development planning, the humanitarian committee must be trained in facilitating the process of marketing and financing international projects, of course, the presence of the Zakat office with its Huge resources will be a reason to attract international funding which requires the local component, such as the International Agricultural Development Organization (IFAD), the organization of FAO, the International Industry Organization … etc.
Consequently, we are absolutely favorable and supported by Diwan’s efforts in the publication of a certain number of detainees in the white prison with an exceeding amount (8700) eight million and seven hundred thousand pounds, as well as his efforts in Takaia , which exceeded (around 50 taxis), in particular its disbursement on the shelters of the displaced, and its effective contribution to the success of the Al -Siqa project in the locality of Chikan (and for honesty and history had not been for Zakat funding for this project is to move the residents of Al -Byad because of thirst after all the sources of service water due to the war ).
