The Qatar ambassador praises the efforts of the Red Crescent of Qatar in Sudan
Qatar’s state ambassador to Sudan, Mr. Ibrahim Al -Sada, was held on the arrangements of the Qatari Red Crescent for the month of Ramadan and the programs he will implement during this month.
During his visit to the headquarters of the Qatari Red Crescent at the Sudan Port, the ambassador met the head of the office, Dr. Salah Al -Daak and the team of the Red Crescent of Qatar in Sudan.
The ambassador congratulated the achievements carried out by the Sudan office to complete the procedures and obtain accreditation by the United Nations Coordination Office for Humanitarian Affairs.
The ambassador stressed that the current approval of the Qatar Red Crescent Bureau in Sudan offers him opportunities to create possible commercial partnerships. With the United Nations in many reconstruction and construction programs in Sudan.
He said war has its effects in the destruction of many projects and infrastructure and its repercussions on the life of the Sudanese man.
The ambassador pointed out that the next step is the stadium of reconstruction of what was destroyed by war and that the emphasis should be put on the areas affected by the war and we were closed and we did not have could provide him with services during the war period, and the need to also focus on recovery and development projects.
For his part, Dr. Salah Al -Daak praised the big role and supported by the Embassy of the State of Qatar to support many projects that the Red Red Crescent in Sudanese in various regions
He said these programs and projects had a positive impact on the support of a large segment of citizens during the war.
Al -Daakk informed the ambassador of the Qatar State with current preparations to support the weak segments of food baskets during the sacred month of Ramadan.
The ambassador welcomed the new employees of the Qatari Red Red Crescent Office and praised the effort submitted by the Qatar Red Crescent Office team to Sudan and the importance of the contribution of each individual to the upgrading of humanitarian work From the state of Qatar to Sudan through hard work and the creation of successful work partnerships which contribute to the big role played by the State of Qatar in Sudan.
