The Shendi court pronounced prison sentences on (18) accused of Khartoum of treating the flight support militia and receiving stolen money

The public court of Shendi, led by Mawlana, Dr. Imad Ahmed Al -Tom, the judge of the General Court, pronounced variable sentences to (18) accused of flight expenses and dealing with the quick support militia to plunder stolen goods and receive stolen money. And (5) years for the reception of the stoves, in its entirety (12) years which apply to the succession.

The court also sentenced one of the accused of (5) years in prison, which was seized in possession of a hashish to Indian cannabis.

The provisions are noted from articles (174) and (181), receipt of stolen money and another accused under the article (20) of drugs and mental effects of the year (1994) AD.

All the defendants denied what was allocated to them, then the court listened to an open session on the declarations of the amount and witnesses and the declarations of the legal adviser of the third infantry, and the cornerstone of the crime was proven above the stadium of all reasonable doubt which was the conviction of the accused.

Civilians were expelled to make the prescribed sanction with the right to appeal.

The accusation is like the Shandi prosecutor in the presence of the legal adviser for the third division.
