Civil defense in Sudan: hero in wartime – something for the fatherland – ✍️ Mr. Salah is strange

International Civil Defense Day (Civil Protection) on March 1 of each year will come here, and it is an opportunity to assess the vital role that this institution plays in the protection of lives and goods in various circumstances, whether natural disasters or armed conflicts. In Sudan, where the country attended a devastating war, this day is of particular importance.
In the light of the difficult circumstances that Sudan is going through, the role of civil defense is highlighted as a life for life for affected societies. The civil defense team operates 24 hours a day to save lives, extinguish fires and evacuate civilians from conflict zones. Despite the major challenges and the lack of resources, civil defense staff continue to do their duty with dedication and courage, making great sacrifices to protect civilians.
The role of civil defense is not limited to responding to disasters and disputes, but rather extends to the spread of a culture of security and prevention in societies. Awareness of the safety requirements of houses and communities and the training of individuals on how to manage emergencies can help reduce loss of life and goods.
In Sudan, where many aspire to a voluntary return to their safe areas, the spread of a security culture becomes more important. Communities must cooperate with Civil Defense to provide the provision of a safe environment for everyone, by implementing awareness and training programs, and providing the equipment necessary to prevent fires and other disasters.
On this occasion, we call the international community and humanitarian organizations to provide the necessary support for civil defense in Sudan, to allow it to carry out its humanitarian noble duties. We also call on all members of the company to cooperate with civil defense, to respect the security instructions and to participate in awareness of the importance of civil protection.
Civil defense is the first line of defense in the face of disasters and disputes, and it is a symbol of sacrifice and donation. Do we not have all the champions of the Civil Defense, appreciate their efforts and we strive to build safer and safer companies.
