How does Sudan governing? The controversy of power, wealth and death ✍️ Muhammad Qour Hamid

For a while, it is not kinship …
Indeed, our cultural diversity and our ethnic multiplicity are the most characteristic that attracts the aesthetic map of Sudan and gives its human being this distinction with the difference in its variety and its ethnic multiplicity. This distinction is in the characteristics of simplicity, odors of generosity, morals and values.
However, this dialectic is the hypothesis on which many of my writings were built, because I found that this Sudan was a populist state, not ethnic, and therefore turmoil is possible here. Like workers … cultural diversity and ethnic pluralism, for example, an obstacle “as a performance before the intrigue of our political discourse.
The permanent constitutions and their ceremonies, whether tribal, the property or the masses … are leaders to govern and restrict civil society and remain a fortress against the fragmentation of the specific nation and the named people.
Because these are constitutions … It often organizes the relationship between the individual and the state.
The two forces are placed and legislated on the religion, the values, the beliefs and the beliefs of the peoples, I think that!
But when the Sudanese state has failed to manage its cultural diversity and its multiple ethnicity. The Constitution has become the king of ruling powers .. pluralism or mullahs. Then, it is made from the juice of his people. And (I don’t want to say the religion of the people of peoples).
Thus, legal theory, its materials and its legal philosophy have been disrupted by what was taught in universities and the application of rules for certain governments … which caused a cognitive rupture in the consciousness of the legislators.
I see that all this brings us to our inability to manage its cultural diversity and our ethnic multiplicity. Which affected the political discourse of the state.
The first separatist movements in the history of Sudan. The Southern War belongs to the variable levels of consciousness of the political elites which were the rust of the two imperial historians.
• These elites failed to manage this diversity and this multiplicity to improve the cohesion of the cohesion of national unit, it was therefore easy to separate South from Sudan at a given time at a later stage. The armed movements of Darfur appear at the center due to what is said of the lack of balance, marginalization and exclusion on the basis of government problems.
Then, it appears west of Kordofan with an armed movement on behalf of Shahama demanding citizens’ right to develop and not to marginalize, then its leader dies in mysterious circumstances … In addition to the details of social violence between ethnic components within the Sudanese tribes.
All of this led him into a complete war. I do not think he has a ceiling for victory or defeat, which is not favored by many people from Sudan.
