The executive director of the locality Dilo, addressing participants in various directors of administrations in the locality, explained that such workshops have a role in the refinement of the skills of workers in the various departments of the next five years and what are called the plans which have been developed by the local plan of the year. Has strategic experts playing a role in establishing the plans of the local government office in the state of the North, hoping that these visits and workshops will continue for their big role in the development of workers’ performance in various departments in the preparation and implementation of the plans.
For his part, the representative of the local government office in the state of the North said that the state of the North was moving towards the development of the five -year strategic plan which includes local government strategy
He explained that it is the duty of the office of local governments to allow localities to fulfill its role as much as possible and to provide services to citizens to activate the local government and include it in strategic planning, since the State is that its activities aim to provide services to citizens of various fields and service sectors
He pointed out that the local government office, in coordination with the Supreme Council for Strategic Planning, aims to download strategies at the localities and to involve them in preparation and implementation
He explained that this workshop aims to follow the various departments of the locality of Dalqo in the preparation and implementation of plans governed by local government strategies to provide the best to the citizens of the North State in general and the locality of Dilo in particular
The director of the office of local governments in the locality Dilo, Mr. Ibrahim Awad, explained that local workers should benefit from these workshops and pay attention to the figures and the implementation of the plans, in coordination with Diwani the local government in the local and the State sector
