The Minister of Health participates in two high drilling sessions on fighting and the prevention of diseases and the health of mothers and children

Participants in the high -level dialogue session of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the African level have stressed the importance of serious African collective work to eliminate malaria, noting the challenges of high infection and deaths of children, in addition to the need to provide the necessary resources, improve the manufacture of local drugs, develop vaccinations and transfer modern technology. They also stressed the importance of African innovations, the need to increase cooperation between Member States, to engage in the YAONDI Declaration and to create effective national programs to combat disease.

The delegation of Sudan, led by the Minister of Health in charge, d. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim, his participation in the work of the 78th session of the World Health Assembly in Geneva, where he participated in a high -level dialogue session on the health of mothers and children, in the presence of representatives of the organization of the United Nations, UNICEF, and the World Health Organization, with a number of African ministers.

Sudan has also participated in an event organized by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, in cooperation with African Leaders’ Alliance to Combat Payaria and the global partnership to eliminate it, which was assisted by the Director of Emergencies and Epistemiology, d. Montaser Muhammad Othman.
