The Governor of the North meets the delegation of the association of the bar
The Governor of the North, Major General (M) Abdul Rahman Abdul Hamid Ibrahim, met the delegation of the Sudanese bar association in Dongola, where the governor was informed of the objectives of their visit to the state of the North.
The association of the Barreau, Zine El Abidine Mohamed Hamad, explained that the visit takes place in their visit to the States in order to finish procedures to grant new lawyers a license to practice the legal profession, which has been disrupted since 2023 AD
The delegation also confirmed the preparation of the association of the bar
The Barreau association said that the Governor had welcomed the visit to the lawyer’s union delegation, confirming state support to the union and providing the necessary needs to facilitate its activities and programs.
The governor stressed the importance of the role of lawyers in the provision of legal support and the contribution to the stability of justice in the state.
