The Northern Governor makes the decision to resolve the coordination of twinning cases, expatriates and level crossings
The governor of the North State, Major General (Mr.) Abdul Rahman Abdel Hamid Ibrahim, published resolution n ° (34) of 2025 after JC to accept the resignation of Mr. Mohamed Awad Mohamed Khair, Twinning coordinator, Expatriates and passages.
He also published resolution n ° (35) of 2025 AD to resolve the coordination of twinning cases, expatriates and level passages, cancels all the contracts signed with its employees and to end the delegated delegation.
The decision stipulated that transforming the tasks and powers of level passages to the Ministry of Finance and Workhop, while twinning and expatriate files are transferred to the General Secretariat of the State Government, with the creation of a department within the structure of the General Secretariat called “the Ministry of Twin and Expatriates Coordination and Expimacy.
