The Northern Governor see the preparations for the Ministry of Health to face the effects of the fall season

The Northern Governor, His Excellency Lieutenant-General Abdel Rahman Abdel Hamid Ibrahim, Director General General for the Ministry of Health in the State, Dr. Yasser Ahmed Abdel Wadud, met to review the health situation in the state and the ministry’s efforts to improve health services.
Dr. Yasser highlighted the stability of health conditions in the state, noting the ministry’s efforts to provide medicines and medical services to Zamzam camps, Melit and Al-Jamuji in the locality of Dabba.
The governor received an enlightenment at the start of work in the installation of the cardiac catheterization system at Dongola Specialist hospital, by specialized engineers from Siemens, which improves health services provided to citizens.
The governor also listened to a report on preparations for the Ministry of Health to face the effects of the fall season, which includes:
Spray campaigns to combat insects and parasites that can spread during the fall season.
Environmental sanitation to improve environmental conditions and reduce health risks.
Provide medication to ensure that citizens get the necessary drugs.
Training of medical executives to improve their capacities to deal with emergency situations during the fall season
