Dongola Criminal Court pronounced a death sentence to death on the sentence, M on 6/6/2025
The Dongola Criminal Court pronounced a death sentence to death to the convicted person, MA, in case no. 630 dated 32/2025 under articles 26/51/50/174 of the penal code. The accused was accused of cooperation of enemy forces, carrying weapons against the state, destabilizing citizens and trying to undermine the constitutional system.
The events took place in the Hajj Youssef region in the state of Khartoum, where the accused was arrested by intelligence, Dongola. The accused was brought to trial by the intelligence commissioner of following all cases related to the aforementioned documents.
The court sentenced his death sentence to death, after being proven that the accused was found guilty of the charges against him. This decision comes within the framework of the application of the law and the fight against crime and betrayal.
This decision is a strong message to dissuade all those who have begged themselves to harm the country’s safety and stability.
