Al Daba Criminal Court pronounces death sentences against the accused in cooperation with the quick support militia
Today, on Monday, June 2, 2025, the Criminal Tribunal DABA, led by the court judge, filed two accused to death against deaths, after being sentenced in two separate cases linked to cooperation with the rapid support militia.
In the first case, under communication n ° 1814/2025, the court condemned the accused (Q. PSL) in accordance with article 51 of the penal code, after its cooperation with the militia proved the rapid.
As for the second case, listed under communication n ° 2055/2025, the accused (AA) was also sentenced, according to article 51 of the 1991 penal code, and a sentence was sentenced to death by suspension to death.
Sources of security have indicated that these provisions were part of the efforts of the State to continue and maintain the persons involved in actions which threaten the security and stability of the country, in particular in the light of the current security conditions.
The details of the two cases are due to the capacity of the security unit in the locality of Dabba to control the suspects on accusations of cooperation with the rebellious rapid support militia, where the defendants were arrested and submitted to in -depth investigations, before referring the documents of report to the accusation, then to the Court whose decisions were rendered after the fulfillment of all stages of dispute.
