The World Food Program and Unicef ​​condemn the attack on the battery: five murders and destroy vital humanitarian aid

In a joint declaration, the World Food Program and UNICEF ordered the violent attack which targeted a joint humanitarian convoy in the locality of Al-Kuma in the north of Darfur on Monday evening, killing five members of the convoy and injuring others, in addition to destroying a certain number of trucks and serious damage to vital humanitarian supplies.

The declaration stressed that the convoy, which was made up of 15 trucks, was about to provide food aid to the life economy to children and families in the city of El Fasher affected by famine.

The declaration stressed that this attack is part of a series of repeated attacks against humanitarian operations in the past two years, in reference to the bomb which has assigned the seat of the World Food Program in El Fasher last week, and led to the destruction of workshop parts, a building building and a medical clinic.
