Today, the world becomes more and intertwined day by day, effective communication skills have become one of the basic pillars of the construction of stable companies with respect and understanding. These skills are no longer limited to compliments or the rules of social behavior, but rather to an urgent necessity which contributes to achieving internal and social peace, and establishes human relations according to acceptance and mercy.
The art of dealing with others is not only measured by the ability to express or speak, but it is embodied in a real listening, respect for individual differences and understanding the feelings of the other party without the launch of previous decisions. And when this understanding is mutual, the difference goes from a source of conflict to an opportunity for growth and integration.
Effective human communication contributes directly to the consolidation of tolerance values, because one person teaches to see the other in his context and his circumstances, and not by stereotypes or superficial classifications. By building understanding bridges, it is available to overcome psychological and social injuries, and to reach reconciliation that starts from oneself and extends to all of society.
In this context, the rejection of manifestations of tension and group requires strengthening the language of dialogue instead of conflicts, and to train in the use of words as a means of construction, not to demolish. The right word, pure intention and mutual respect are all effective tools to create a human environment without exclusion and inconsistency.
Tolerance does not mean renouncing principles or melting into the other, but rather a mature consciousness of humanity of all, and the acceptance of the right to difference, without this difference becoming a psychological or social barrier. Conscious communication is the best way to translate this tolerance into a tangible reality in institutions, schools, work sites and even in the simplest details of daily life.
Hence the importance of including communication skills in educational and educational programs, not as general skills, but rather a soft power capable of a radical influence on the path of societies. The higher the consciousness of individuals, the more congestion areas and the manifestations of symbolic and moral violence have decreased.
The art of dealing with others is not a social luxury, but rather an individual and collective responsibility, which is the most effective means towards societies which share values despite their variation, and exceed the differences without denying them. We need a considerable emergency of this art and to dedicate it as a daily culture, from the house and does not end at the borders of the state.
