An important opinion of the video circulating on the situation of Sudanese in eastern Libya

That the peace, blessings and mercy of God are on you

During the last hours, a video has been broadcast, claiming to occur collective arrests, violating the sacred nature of houses and forced the deportation of Sudanese in several areas of eastern Libya, with serious allegations of compulsory recruitment or sending them to war in Sudan or Libya and not. I confirm that this video is not linked to the truth, and the information contained therein is misleading. It is possible to lead to a report and the Libyan authorities have the right of any behavior against state security.

In fact, what is happening are legal procedures, linked to the regulations of foreign existence, and there are no parties that are storming or violating women of women, but rather opposite respects women and preserves their specificity. There was also no case of compulsory recruitment or deportation of any Sudanese to the camps, whether in Libya or in Sudan. Currently, Sudanese are required to settle their legal status, whether by the inventory card, the residence or identification documents of the employer or the study in order to codify their legal existence. Informing rumors, which can endanger them or panic in their ranks.

I appeal to everyone to investigate the accuracy and responsibility, in publishing and participation, and we urge to report any real transgression in a official manner. And through the diplomatic channels of the Sudanese embassy and consulate.

We also recall that the Sudanese Embassy and Consulate in Libya follow the situation in coordination with the competent Libyan authorities and play its role in the protection of its citizens in the available capacities. Investigate the question to find out that its history has proven what was disseminated in any place mentioned in the Eastern region until the campaigns to control the offenders took place within the framework of the law and the legal procedures.

We all hold together against rumors and against politicization or exaggeration of positions, which harms our people in the Libyan territories.
