They await the change of bad failures – the face of the truth – ✍️ Ibrahim Shaqlawi

In a political and social climate, it is anxious and neglected by the consequences of the war, the controversy intensifies to the next government of Dr. Kamel Idris, as a mini incarnation of the greatest conflict between the aspirations of good governance and the inheritance of quotas and empowerment. While man seeks, in his official speech, at least, to consolidate a different approach based on efficiency and professionalism and to avoid quotas, the political and media scene is demonstrated by withdrawing from doubts and rumors which disturb this ambition and that the office of the Prime Minister has remained in negation and in clarification.
The press release published yesterday by the Prime Minister’s office, which categorically denied what was disseminated by certain media platforms concerning an electronic presentation paid to ministerial posts, reflects a legitimate concern concerning attempts to blackmail public opinion or to distort the image of the government before its birth. But the declaration, despite its clarity, was not closed to the broader question: which prevents – in principle – the adoption of a competitive and transparent electronic mechanism to choose ministers, is subject to independent professional control? And if this mechanism is not yet present, then why not find?
The conference circulating on an academic committee of the University of Khartoum must be responsible for sorting requests for the ministerial port, however, the government’s refusal of this stage sends a double message: it is on the one hand which denies the existence of an electronic route, and on the one hand, with ministerial training free from quotas, based on efficiency. And between these two positions, public opinion remains pending between ratification and apprehension, in particular in the light of a long history of promises that have transformed into transactions.
The clearest truth in this scene is that the centers of traditional powers, whether political or military, will not remain inactive before a project that seeks to redistribute influence on the basis of efficiency, and not loyalty. The characteristics of this confrontation began to appear through alignments and counters -ata issued by armed groups, such as “Angry”, “Sudan Shield”, “Al -bara Bin Malik Brigade” and other training courses that participated in decisive fights against the rapid support militia. These entities consider that their participation in war gives it political legitimacy, and it sees in its exclusion a kind of denial or even betrayal.
But if the government of Dr. Kamel Idris has broken this type of gentle blackmail, or must grant “price seats” to the armed parties according to its combat roles, it thus reproduces the same equations which produced the Juba agreement and improved failures. It will be difficult to talk about efficiency, justice or transparency in the distribution of power.
The greatest danger in this context lies in the “small political rooms” which began, according to several sources, exercising unexpected pressures on decision -making cuisine, seeking to pass specific names or blocks under glamorous slogans, but they mainly hide partisan, regional or even personal interests. This type of “implicit policy” represents the real threat to any reform project, regardless of the way in which its intentions are good, because it reproduces failure in a new way.
In this context, the discourse according to which the transitional Prime Minister, Dr. Kamel Idris to the Sudanese people, revealing the future characteristics of the “government of hope”, diagnosing the most important crises of Sudan, the greatest management of resources of which is poor management of resources, weakness. Idris has announced that the new government would adopt a scientific and professional approach based on efficiency and integrity, without partisan quotas, in order to transfer Sudan to stability and sustainable development, stressing that this government represents the voice of the silent majority, and depends on independent national skills to build a law of law and institutions.
It remains for the Prime Minister to prove that his speech on transparency is not only a moral breath in a country where politics has fallen without a level of morality, and that it is capable of resisting the pressures of multiple power centers, within the state or its political and military environment. Efficiency is not measured by slogans, but rather the institutions that protect them, the procedures that guarantee them and the political will which refuses to negotiate with them.
The opportunity for Dr. Kamel Idris, as we see it in the jurisprudence of the truth, can be a rare opportunity that is not repeated. He must close the door of those who seek to exploit any stumbling or rumor. The decision of this scene is similar to the chess game which depends on the intelligence and skills of the players, and we are convinced that IDRIS has the ability to manage this game with sophistication. In a country overwhelmed by war and conflicts, its inhabitants await hearts with a new glimmer of hope. And if his government keeps its promises, it can be a real turning point, cut with the inheritance of quotas and hegemony, and defines a base for a new start. But if you succumb to the reproduction of old mechanisms with new names, the project will collapse before its end, and hope will turn into a new disappointment within the series of disappointments recorded in the pages of contemporary history of Sudan and Sudanese.
You are fine and well.
