The writer asked: Why is the state of Khartoum not divided into three areas to facilitate and accelerate the provision of services and qualify the facilities for the return of citizens as a higher priority?
And he suggested that the division be as follows: Omdurman (Ahmed Hamza remains as governor of the latter) .. Bahri is a region .. and the east of the Nile is an area with the status of technical and financial measures to shorten the administrative shadow between different regions!
Which arouses surprise in the terrible proposition that the writer said comes in other ideas! Is that he did not mention Khartoum (six names), he therefore intends to expel him towards another place and another time, or is it the non-influence of the writer who confused the scene of the State and his borders in his perception?
The colleague demanded that Mr. Ahmed Hamza (Governor) be on the (region) of Omdurman, the proposed, so how can the question be straightened here with your Lord? As long as that is also, the other areas must be appointed to the leaders, and I do not know how to call the total of the regions if that happens? .
Such a fragile hadith does not exceed being (language not benue) because it is free from wisdom and sophistication.
