The proof between immigration and the transition – the face of the truth – ✍️ Ibrahim Shaqlawi
There are major transformation stations in the history of peoples who make their glory or devote their degradation, but only intelligent people who make glory and go beyond decline. “Immigration”, whether it is a collective or individual act, was associated with moments of transition from blocking to the program, impotence at work and chaos to reissue. Immigration has never been simply a religious or existential concept, but rather a political and security strategy that is adopted when the decision center collapses and the traditional equations have collapsed, so that departure becomes one of the survival actions, as a prelude to a conditional yield after the reset of the scale.
In this context, the transfer of the first team, Abdel Fattah Al -Burhan, President of the Sovereignty Council and Commander -Dans The House of the Sudanese Army, can be read from Khartoum to Port Sudan after the War Epidemic on April 15, 2023, as a decision imposed by security security, and a strategic tactical maneuver in the battle of the security flower.
This transition was a distinct moment during the Sudanese crisis, and paved the way for a new reading which mixes military tactics, political accounts and the logic of the State which is not reduced in the capital or the republican palace, but is rather renowned as the elements of stability, sovereign, administration and governance available.
And if we return to the prophet’s biography, as a great moment in Islamic political history, we note that the immigration of Mecca in Medina was in response to the reality of persecution and restrictions, but it was not a withdrawal of the act, but rather a conscious step to restore positioning, and the construction of an alternative space in which the elements of the State and society are available.
In the city, not only has the case of plea been reproduced, but a political, security and administrative structure has been established, which was formed from multi-identity and affiliation forces, but it united with a common objective: group protection, state construction and the expansion of political action. This style of strategic change is repeated, in a way, in the experience of President Al -Burhan when he left Khartoum – the spoken capital – towards the Sudan port, which turned into an alternative capital through which it has rebuilt the country which was going to collapse.
In military analysis, re-positioning is a familiar measure to preserve the forces in the face of an exceptional tactical enemy, but when implemented as part of a political project, it turns into a construction strategy. Port Sudan has provided a relatively safe environment to refer to state institutions, secure leadership, open diplomatic channels and redefine the Sudanese scene internally and externally.
This step was invested to reset national discourse, spread morale, establish war plans and reach progressive military gains, began to release strategic fields, such as the state of Al-Jazeera and Sennar and to dismantle the leadership and the logistics structure of the militia.
In the middle of this storm, the “migration” of Lieutenant -General Abdel -Fattah Al -Burhan came to Port Sudan. As migration of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, while the event began an emergency withdrawal, but later turned into a re -position strategy for the management of the state of a safer and more effective place. He was evacuated by the general command through a qualitative operation for the special forces, which prevented the fall in the hostages of the High Command of the Army in the hands of the Militia, and guaranteed the survival of the head of state free to lead the political and military battle.
During this period, the positions of certain regional and international countries and parties, which sought to impose political solutions through facades such as “firmness”, were revealed, civil initiatives which had no popular mandate and formed political coverage for the militia to disrupt the militia and a tool to deactivate any complete national dialogue. These mediations were not peace efforts, but rather attempted recycling of a militia pronounced by the Sudanese street and their bet fell militarily.
While the army restores the initiative, the return to Khartoum is organized as a strategic change which puts an end to the re-positioning stage and launches a corrective project for the State. The yield is not simply a recovery of the capital, but rather a re-establishment of the Center for Governance which reflects a new national perception, which goes beyond the pre-war fragility, and is redefined by sovereignty in the face of an external rebel project and internal support.
The transfer of evidence must be transported by the State project to the national cohesion space, to rebuild it on the basis of legitimacy and institutions. His next return to Khartoum looks like – in his symbolism – the return to Mecca, and represents a political moment which is written on the conditions of reality, not the illusions of the outside. Conscious migration is not an escape, but to establish and start to rebuild, and the return studied to unify people.
We have also learned the experiences of history, from Gandhi to Mandela, strategic transformations are measured by the ability to convert the test into a complete national project.
In the Sudanese context, and according to what we see from the face of the truth, the investment of this “political migration” in a strategic way, and the return to Khartoum consciously, not the euphoria of victory, must constitute the moment of a serious political establishment, redefining the center as a space for unity and coexistence. This is a moment that should not reproduce the old authority, but rather to build a state which controls the institutions, governed by the values of the law and social justice, and to transfer Sudan from the logic of the impregnation to the logic of tolerance which increases the value of peace, and establishes a common life and the promising future for all the people of Sudan.
