The Governor of the State of the Red Sea witness the signing of a contract with the Kuwait real estate company to establish and operate the “Aousale” tourist resort

The governor of the State of the Red Sea, Lieutenant-General Mustafa Mohamed Nour, witnessed a signature ceremony of a partnership contract between the government of the State and the Kuwait of the United Real estate, to establish and operate the tourist resort of “Eners”, north of the city of Port Sudan. The project includes a hotel and a complex with international specifications, and aims to meet the needs of the entertainment and tourism market, and to encourage other investments in the sector, which contributes to making a boom in state development and creating new job opportunities.
The signature ceremony took place at the Governor’s Governor’s office, in the presence of His Excellency Kuwait State in Sudan, Dr. Fahd Mashari Al -Dhafiri, signed by the government of the State of the Red Sea, Mr. Muhammad Ali Kejar, Director General of the Ministry of Finance.
And signed by the United Real Estate Company, Mr. Mazen Essam Hawa, director of the company, and the occasion brought together a certain number of civil servants, including Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Taher, Managing Director of the Industrial Sector, Professor Nadia Nasser, director of the General Investment Authority, Mawlana Muawiiya Jalal, head of the state legal department.
Mr. Ahmed Mohamed Taher, Managing Director of the Industrial Sector in the Wilayat of the Red Sea, said that the signing of the partnership with real estate company Kuwait United is becoming in the context of state efforts to exploit the tourist resort of “little”, known to citizens and attract foreign investments. He stressed that the Kuwaitian party was present at the appropriate time, which reflects its vintage to strengthen Sudanese-Koweitian relations rooted and encourages other investors to take similar experiences.
Taher added that this partnership confirms the depth of relations between the two countries, and helps support reconstruction efforts through investments, stressing the happiness of the state with this stage which will contribute to the development of tourist facilities and the exploitation of the virgin coast to attract more investments.
For his part, Professor Mazen Essam Hawa, representative of the Kuwaitian real estate company, said that the company developed a multi -use tourist project in the city of Port Sudan, pointing to the strength of Sudanese relations -koweitis, the links of friendship and joint cooperation between the two countries.
He explained that the company had started some time ago to plan to develop a tourist property in the state of the Red Sea, but the project has been postponed for certain reasons, and today the company returns to improve its presence in its “second country” thanks to the launch of a typical project which combines hospitality with other tourist components, in order to diversify sources of income in natural areas, in particular in the tourist sector that led to its picturesque points of income.
This partnership is within the framework of the continuous efforts of the State of the Red Sea to encourage investment and develop economic, social and tourist resources, benefiting from the single coastal site of the region and its wonderful blue beaches, which improves its opportunities to be an attractive investment destination at regional and international levels.
