A shirt … in the interest of the earth! D. al -hazly abdul latif

It is said that a person is the son of the earth. But in Sudan, it seems that the land requests a certificate of birth certified by an influential official before he recognizes you as one of his children. And if you are not a responsible son, a son of a tutor or the son of a “transformed” file, then excuse him if he denies you. She is not good in hospitality.
In our country, the plot of land is not really, but a “satisfactory price”, granted to those who speak commonly the art of signature, or who has a “Wasel” uncle. The cards are distributed in the dark and the decisions are written in documents with more air conditioning than justice. And the real citizen? He waits under the sun, and in the end, he is asked to prove that he did not fly his land!
In the Zumab, where the hectares were inherited from the name, the committees went down like the heavy rain … Do not water, but rather sink. He came with papers that do not know dirt and do not know the faces, but he knows the official signature. The citizen must prove to the inspector – from the capital – that the palm he instilled is not proof of offense!
On the outskirts of Omdurman, the part is granted before being drawn. There are people who have the ground while they are abroad, and they sign contracts before the committee holds its meeting. And because they are “arranged people”, they do not appear in the queues and do not know where the earth is, but they have a card, a seal and a protected back.
In North Bahri, where the earth always carries the flavor of the silt and the names of the ancestors, the “new names” began to appear that no one knows. The spaces are reserved in the name of those who do not inhabit them, are sold before being divided, and special privileges are granted to those who have no phone and a heavy name triple in luck.
In Soba, Shendi, Gedaref, there is no difference. The names of the villages change, and the scene remains fixed: the one that sprinkles the earth is expelled, and the one who does not know his form is guided there. And who opposes, he is said to him: “Where were your papers when we met the recommendation?”
And because we live in a country that loves formalities, everything is done “depending on the procedures”. Procedures that only those sitting in suitable seats and crossed doors that are not only open with the word “our people”.
Because the scandal is prohibited, when votes increase, the committees are formed. Special type committees: do not see, do not hear, do not condemn. Her reports are written in a cold tone, in which she says: “The abuses have not been proven in a way that is undoubtedly.” On the contrary, some members of the committees have land in the same areas in which they are “affected”, but do not worry, it is not a conflict of interest … but the solidarity of interests.
As for the judiciary? It happened and there is nothing wrong. You will cry on the ruins. Judgments are issued after the construction of the architecture, the part is sold and the corruption is extended over 24 months without presenter. The judiciary does not return the ground, but rather gives you a document according to which your loss is official.
Despite this darkness, we always laugh. And we suggest – as a black comedy door – to take an interview for those asking for land, including the following questions:
1. Do you have a parent of a “shadow minister”?
2. Do you know someone in town planning?
3. Have you ever paid a “good dinner” to finish the transaction?
If you answered without, our congratulations! You are an honorable citizen … Please leave the queue immediately, because this country does not have a counter for you, but it can honor you with the order of integrity and a passport in a direction.
It is not a cry against the earth, but for that. It is not against the state, but against those who transformed the state into a recommendation office. The Sudanese citizen is still standing, nor to ask for a villa or a project … a single meter. A meter of land, meters of justice and a meter of dignity.
And if it’s a lot … then give us at least the right to laugh about ourselves, before becoming a joke on the lips of history.
