On the contrary, because we – the leaders of thought, politics, the media and society – have adhered to the thought that we do not accept criticism, and we do not even accept it.

We have raised the slogans of democracy … and we have not applied them to ourselves or to our institutions

We thought that the silence of the error was wisdom … until the worst arrives

Today…

We don’t need more slogans

We need an honest confrontation with ourselves

Confess … we made a mistake

Let’s take ourselves … We will not repeat the error with silence and courtesy

Our homeland cannot bear more

Sudan needs to be honest, without claiming

We need faithful to the right, no prisoners of whims

The responsibility begins with me … and starts with you
