Al -Basra International Foundation – Makkah Hospitals for Ophthalmology Medicine and Purgery, revealed that its headquarters in the state of Khartoum has been exposed to complete destruction and the loss of most diagnostic and surgical devices. This led to all the branches of the institution, including the main branch of Riyadh (Sudan).
The administration of the Foundation indicated, in press statements on Saturday that he had made huge efforts to ensure the continuity of the service and currently practiced intensive work of maintenance and rehabilitation for his main branch in Riyadh, because he works to rehabilitate the Al -Kalakala branch, and she expects the two branches will soon come back to God, who restores a vital medical for the region.
As part of an initiative of its representatives in Khartoum, the Foundation took urgent measures to seek alternatives, which led to the rental of two adjacent buildings in Omdurman during the past year, as a practical beginning to restore the service. This decision was widely appreciated by citizens affected by the displacement and loss of means of subsistence.
The new branch has become a symbol of Constance in Omdurman, while its services have extended to include specific specializations such as glaucoma (blue water), retina and pediatric ophthalmology.
