In the light of the growing challenges faced by modern contemporary societies, the discourse of hatred and racial discrimination is highlighted as one of the most dangerous threats which undermine the foundations of peaceful coexistence and social justice. These phenomena are negatively reflected on the cultural and social fabric of the population, which requires a complete, systematic and very effective response at all levels and tolerates the suffering and the partner who accompanies it
First of all:
Allow culture, customs and traditions as a change tool
Remember cultural discourse: It is necessary to reformulate dominant cultural discourses to reflect the values of diversity and mutual respect between people, and cultural institutions must play, such as theaters, museums and the media, a pioneering role in the promotion of a culture of openness and dialogue.
Including anti-discrimination content in educational programs:
Education is the basic stone. The concepts of diversity, equality and human rights must be systematically included in educational programs, from the initial stages
secondly:
Build a coherent company through festive occasions and the introduction of this approach from the regulation of strict legislation to combat hatred and discrimination: laws must be adopted and activated laws criminalizing hate and racial incentive in all its forms, with effective application mechanisms that guarantee responsibility without exception.
The expansion of the participation of the community: the improvement of the participation of all the groups, in particular marginalized, in decision -making, contributes to the construction of a fairer and diverse society and reduces the possibilities of polarization.
Third:
The media are a way to dismantle stereotypes and benefit from all the available platforms
The media are directly responsible for the training of public opinion. It should be subject to strict professional standards that prevent biases and incentives, and work to provide a complete and balanced image of various societal groups, while providing platforms to hear the voices of those who suffer from discrimination.
Fourth: the role of civil society and technology
Non -governmental organizations:
Civil society organizations play a fundamental role in raising awareness, monitoring and support for victims, and also contributes to formulating more complete policies.
Digital control:
In light of the climbing of hatred speech through digital platforms, technological companies must be cooperated to develop tools to monitor inflammatory content and prevent it from prejudice to freedom of expression, while activating digital literacy programs.
Summary
The fight against the cultural and social impact of racial discrimination and hate discourse requires complete action between various sectors: from education and legislation to media and civil society. The construction of an environment based on dignity and equality is not a luxury, but rather a necessity to ensure stability and achieve sustainable development according to justice and diversity.
