The head of the Peace and Human Rights Center calls on the Prime Minister to adopt the program “Transcendence and Reconciliation” as a Sudanese version of transitional justice

Mr. Abu Al -Qasim Qour, head of the Peace and Human Rights Center, called on the Prime Minister to adopt a complete reconciliation and transgression program. “The Sudanese people should get out of the war of war in the light of brilliant peace,” said Qour, who works as a consultant for the Institute of Peace Studies in Dar Al-Salam, Tanzania, and the founder of the Sudanese Sudanese for Peace Program, with the Institute of Religions and Diplomatic Studies in Washington.

Mr. Qour stressed that the “Transgression and Reconciliation” program is available from all African, national, regional and international experiences, and is based on the values of solidarity, sharing, Sudanese generosity, authentic thought systems and traditions that work to solve the problems and the reparation and reconciliation of violence.

“The Peace and Human Rights Center has prepared an integrated program for the transcendence and reconciliation program in cooperation with the friends of equity in Sudan in Africa, America and Europe,” said Qour.

Recalling that the Prime Minister added: “He does not exhaust himself by chasing the shadows of the government of technocrats, but he must employ the forces of civil society organizations in his hand and the specters of men of wisdom among the leaders of clans, religion, young people and women, to extend the scope of the circle of peace culture to the assignment of war circles.”

Professor Dr. Abu Al -Qasim Kour is the founder of the Palate Culture Project in the Universities of Sudan, one of the experts of the African Program of the United Nations University for Peace and has vast international and scientific relations, in addition to the appreciation it receives from all sectors of the Sudanese people and in Africa. He is the owner of the famous saying: “We have an elite which brings our responsibility to our country in order to recognize, apologize and distribute, then recover and reconcile to blur the homes of war, violence and hatred.”
