The People’s Army: the day of dignity and the challenge – something for the fatherland – ✍️ Mr. Salah is strange

The fourteenth of August of each year, the Sudanese people renew their alliance with their military establishment, citing the day of the Sudanese army. This celebration is not only a memory that passes, but rather a moment which contemplates a long march of sacrifice and redemption, and an affirmation of the role of the army as an impenetrable fortress for the unity and the sovereignty of the fatherland. Since its official establishment in 1954, the Sudanese army has embodied the highest meaning of loyalty to the country, kissing the people of the people to hold guards on their land and their width.

For decades, the Sudanese armed forces have faced great challenges. From the defense of borders against external attacks, to internal rebellions, to participate in international peacekeeping operations. These challenges were polite by the army experience and strength and underlined its central role in maintaining Sudan’s stability. But the biggest most dangerous challenge in its modern history began in April 2023, when the country was subjected to an unprecedented conspiracy represented in an generalized armed rebellion which targeted the state entity and its institutions, and put Sudan at stake.

In the midst of this fateful battle, which was really called “war of dignity”, the Sudanese army showed an exceptional hardness and capacity greater than firmness and maneuver. Directed by wise men and people who have proven rare courage, the army was able to win decisive victories. These victories were not limited to the release of large land areas and the restoration of strategic cities such as Khartoum, Madani and Sennar, but also included limiting the combat capacities of the rebellious militia by more than 70%, according to military sources. The general command of the armed forces managed this battle with a tight military tactic, which balances the determination of the necessary decision and preserving the life of civilians and infrastructure, despite the desperate attempts of the militia to drag the country in a complete chaos.

These victories did not come from a void, but rather from a fruit of great sacrifices and a good blood shed on the altar of the fatherland. These are evidence of the unique cohesion between the army and the people, which was embodied in the slogan “One Army, One People”. It was this cohesion that formed the Fort Inner Front which supported and supported the army until these victories were obtained. The army of this year is not an ordinary celebration, but rather a renewal of the era of loyalty to the martyrs, honoring the wounded, and an assertion of the continuation of the battle until the completion of the quasi-victory. It is an invitation to improve national unity and unify the lines to deal with future challenges.

On this occasion, the Sudanese people noted their respect and assessment for their armed forces, their leadership and their individuals, and for all those who stood with him, defending law, dignity and sovereignty. The age of the Sudanese army, which has reached 71 years today, is only the beginning of an occupied history which will extend as long as Sudan exists, and as long as its men are fixed, and in the department, Wabin. Nasrallah is our armed forces, and may God protect Sudan from all evil.
