Dirty Wars in Sudan: attrition strategy and instability of instability.

Sudan has enormous abilities, but it faces a sleeping monster of dirty wars that fell there.
The strategic understanding of these wars, the empowerment of national forces and the construction of strong and independent institutions, is the only way to get out of the current attrition circle.
