The Minister of Culture and Information of the Nile offers the administrative reform proposed final of the ministry structure

The Minister of Culture, Information and Communications, Professor Mustafa Mohamed Othman Al -Sharif, submitted the final proposal for the organizational and employment structure of the ministry for the year 2005, to the Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Administrative Reform, Professor Amal Ahmed Hassan.

During the meeting, the minister stressed the importance of adhering to the job description, describing it as a corner stone in the rational administrative governance, and pointd out the clear job descriptions to identify responsibility, achieving justice in the distribution of tasks, and Measuring Performance Efficiently, State Government continuous to improve the efficiency of civil service and re -Plan the workforce, stressing its full support for the plans and programs of the advice has intended to improve the public service.

For his part, Professor Amal Ahmed Hassan indicated that this proposal is implemented by the directives of the Ministry of Finance to form a committee to examine the organizational structures and prepare a description of position for workers at the level of the State. She praised the importance of the Ministry of Culture and Information, stressing that the proposals of the new organizational structure adapt to technical aspects and respond to aspirations in the exhaustiveness of the temple.
