A call to the Sudanese community in Egypt: a break for meditation and start again – something for the fatherland – ✍️ Mr. Salah is strange

Imagine for a certain time that today is August 31, the International Department Day. Stop not only to walk on the roads, but rather an invitation to meditate on our lives, to press the “Stop” button for everything that weighs our shoulders and hinders our progress. The two demotians devoted Jiza Mihaly and Dr. Szabolks Emri that day to honor the “Stop” banner, which has become a global symbol of security and arrangement. However, the importance of this panel exceeds the limits of the roads, to reach our daily and personal aspects.

We, the sons and daughters of Sudan, the residents and refugees of beloved Egypt because of the scourge of war. Isn’t it free for us to be inspired by this day a break for meditation? We have faced exceptional conditions that imposed radical changes us. As long as it is painful, it is a unique opportunity to reassess our paths and stop everything that does not serve us.

The war and its effects have left deep wounds in us, and it is natural that we live with the memories of the family, their loved ones and the fatherland we have left. However, continuing to live in the past without looking towards the future is to slow down the energy we need to face the present. The international day to be stopped is an invitation to say “enough” for constant sadness, “enough” to hang on to the pain that is neither offering nor delayed. This does not mean to forget what we have experienced, but rather to use it as a pattern to start again. Stop being responsible for what happened, you are the victim of force majeure.

Each community has its customs that arise in its social environment, and some of these customs may not be appropriate for the new reality in which we live. Have you ever stopped asking: Be now practiced in my new environment?

Sometimes we find ourselves to join the old social customs that can prevent us from engaging in Egyptian society and can cause us financial or psychological pressure. It is an appropriate time to stop exaggerating expenses on occasions that can be useless in our current circumstances and to stop practices that can increase tensions among community members. The company we live today forces us to be more flexible and capable of adapting.

We weaken the war and separated, but do not allow small internal disputes to increase this division. Unfortunately, there are false rumors and news that increases tensions among the community, which weakens our front and waste our energies in unnecessary conflicts. Today is an opportunity to note the banner “to stop” in the face of each dispute which does not serve the interest of the community and to cease to circulate the unreliable news which can encourage hatred. Let us always remember that we are all in a single boat and that our strength lies in our unity and our solidarity.

In the midst of daily concerns and psychological pressures, many forget to deal with their physical and psychological health. World Conflict Day reminds us of the importance of pressing the “stop” button on unhealthy habits such as standing for long hours, neglecting good nutrition or refraining from exercising. Let us stop a little and give ourselves to ourselves, our health and our inner peace.

Our presence in Egypt is not the end of the road, but rather the beginning of a new chapter of our lives. This is an opportunity to move forward and to prove that we are able to build a better future despite the difficulties. Are you ready to press the “Stop” button today, to start again and rebuild your life regularly and confidence?
