Sudan … between the illusions of the introduction and the reality of the advanced knee

We thought that Sudan is at the forefront of African countries, looking at performance and boasting of what we have accomplished in terms of development, social and economic levels, but reality shows that knees can provide mild kilometers and that other countries have preceded us in the fields of development, investment, governance and infrastructure.

Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Kenya and others, in short decade, were able to carry out qualitative stages in the economy, information and information technology, while Sudan has continued to bend internal challenges, political conflicts and frequent economic crises. This paradox forces us to reassess ourselves honestly, far from self-employment and national delusions.

Recognizing reality is not a doubt about the capacities or the inhabitants of the country, but is rather the beginning of a real reform. Progress is not measured by words or intentions, but with tangible achievements, and the ability to transform policies into successful projects which directly reflect their impact on the citizen.

In terms of investment, for example, Rwanda and Kenya were able to attract significant capital thanks to the stability of policies, transparency and project facilities, while Sudan remains governed by bureaucratic procedures, unclear laws and the purchase of the implementation of national projects.

The restoration of Sudan of its position due more than one word or slogans; It needs a complete strategy, which begins with the recognition of reality and is based on clear policies, rational administration and real partnerships with the public and private sectors. This perception is the first step towards the passage of the illusions of the introduction into a tangible reality that we make with our hands, and not with the aspirations of the past.
