Build a person at a time when challenges and variables develop ✍️ Taha Harun Hamed
The world accelerates the variables and increasing challenges, societies stand before a pivot question: how to rebuild man? It has become clear that the crises we suffer are not only economic or political, or hate rhetoric, but are crises of values, morals and thoughts. Man has lost many noble values which represented the basis of human coexistence and the reconciliation of man and the environment, such as tolerance, brotherhood and affection, and public discourse has often become contaminated in market sentences, and is responsible for speech of hatred and exclusion.
The importance of rebuilding a person is high, not only as a development project, but as an existential priority, because the goodness of man is the true entry of the goodness of society and the State. The construction of man is not done thanks to rhetorical advice or an abstract theorization, but rather to an integrated system of policies, practices and institutions, starting with the propagation of consciousness and culture, including the development of education and ends with the construction of a just regulatory system and least.
First of all:
Spread consciousness and culture. Awareness and training and basis of internal construction
Awareness is the first step in the reform path. Without real awareness, man remains an easy to mislead, intolerance and closure. Here, the importance of useful media, education seminars, awareness programs in schools and universities, and the importance of improving the values of dialogue and critical thinking, is out of indoctrination and closure. Culture also has a central role in consolidating civilized identity and improving national affiliation without transforming into a tool to reject the other or devote a dead end.

Education – The real locomotive of change in the present and the future
The construction of a conscious and coherent person cannot be imagined without a modern education system, capable of creating spirits and developing skills. Education, kindergarten to higher education establishments should be platforms for the composition of an integrated personality, which combines knowledge, values and life skills. In addition, colleges of human development and research centers play an essential role in developing the capacities of individuals and institutions, which makes investment in education a strategic investment.
Third:
Places and parallel education – instill values and deepen the soul
The spiritual and precious aspect is no less important than the mental side, and the role of worship is not only places of worship, but spaces to instill noble values, in addition to tolerance, love, self-testimony and respect for the other. In addition, parallel education, such as community initiatives, youth programs and training courses, represents a pillar of official education and contributes to the rehabilitation of the intellectual and human behavior.
Fourth:
Sports and competitive activities – Body Body Body
Sports clubs, cultural activities and various competitions are not a community luxury, but rather effective means of building humans in terms of improving the discipline, teamwork and competitive spirit. The participation of young people in these activities contributes to protecting them from deviation and directing their energy towards construction and creativity.
Fifth:
State
The State must assume its responsibilities in this Nahdawi project, by qualification and training specialists in the vital sectors, and activate the surveillance and punitive bodies, in a way that guarantees justice and strengthens trust in the institutions. Control is not only authority, but is rather part of the reform system, because it is not possible to build a normal person in an environment in which corruption prevails or is absent from justice, equality, advice and right councils
To a societal building and not pastoral
The ultimate goal is to pass companies that depend on “sponsors” or temporary interventions, companies that have their own immunity, thanks to their conscious and seen members and their active systems. As a mustafa, God bless him and grant him peace, said:

We conclude that the true building of a person is not by physical force or domination, but rather by having the soul, by controlling emotions and adhering to the values in times of provocations and pressure.
If we get rid of me
The reconstruction of a person is not an easy task, but it is not impossible. It is a national, moral, precious and civilizational project which requires the concerted efforts of everyone: the State, society, civil society organizations, associations, institutions and individuals. All efforts made on this path are an investment in the fairer, peaceful and progressive future.
And do not forget that the construction of a person is the most guaranteed way to build a homeland which is not shaken by the crises, and the variables are not ravaged.
