The Sudanese Prime Minister participates in the opening of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York

The Prime Minister, Dr. Kamel Idris, this morning at the United Nations permanent headquarters in New York, as part of the opening session of the 80s of the General Assembly, was held this year under the slogan: “Together towards a better future: 80 years and over for peace, development and human rights”.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by a senior delegation which included his excellence the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Mohiuddin Salem, His Excellency the Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, Mr. Khaled al -Rassador al -Harith Idris Al -Harith The officials, in confirmation of the importance of active commitment in international cooperation issues.
The Prime Minister is expected to deliver Dr. Kamel Idris, the national declaration before the General Assembly on Thursday, September 25, 2025, where he reviews Sudan’s priorities in the current stage, and confirms his country’s commitment to joint work to achieve peace, development and promotion of human rights.
