Humanitarian aid Commissioner: King Salman Center is a strategic partner in voluntary return and development programs in Al -qadarf

The humanitarian assistance commissioner, Professor Salwa Adam Beniya, said that national organizations have become a key pillar to support humanitarian and development efforts in Sudan, praising in particular addition, brilliance and selection organizations. She said that the next step will attend the authorization of these organizations through extensive partnerships, which qualify them to reach the international performance level.

Her statements occurred during the inauguration of the voluntary return program in the state of Gedaref under the slogan “Back to the Chamber”, where she appreciated the continuous support provided by the King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Action in Sudan, noting that the center will soon begin to implement development projects in the released areas.

In the same context, Professor Amani Ali Al -Daw, director of the Organizational Office of Al -qadarif, explained that the food security program financed by King Salman Center has targeted the distribution of 35,000 food baskets in the state, so far, 20 thousand have been handed over to people affected by torrents, floods and people displaced in the camps, as well as the resourceful people -Fasher.

She added that the organization had also launched a project to change societal behavior in the Center of Qadarif to improve health services, set up by the funding of the World Bank, and includes ten Sudanese states.
