It is well known that the Sudanese police have a major role in the extension and maintenance of security and the provision of services and, in the light of the growing challenges faced by contemporary societies, it has become necessary to rethink the role of the police, not only as a security agency, but as an effective partner in the construction of a safe, coherent and cooperative society. Consequently, the importance of the community police as a modern approach seeks to strengthen confidence and achieve security by cooperation between the police and the citizens, and it was recently said (the police and society in the service of the fatherland).
The concept of security has changed in recent years; It is no longer limited to dealing with crime after its occurrence, but it rather understands prevention, awareness and community partnership, and in this context, we expect a lot from the community police, in particular in the light of social transformations, economic pressures and cultural changes in the world today, and this has just strengthened confidence with citizens, because confidence is the cornerstone of all successful relationships between the police and society. Without this, the relationship becomes tense and poorly understood, as it is important that the community police are close to people, listening to them, understands their problems and interacts with them with the spirit of service, not power and deterrence only, and this requires continuous training for police on communication skills and to understand cultural and social diversity within society.
One of the police and police stakes is prevention before the intervention. Whenever science develops, crime develops, the more modernity there is and monitoring the rhythm of the rehabilitation and the formation of individuals and officers permanently inside and outside Sudan because of the sense of high security of the police, and this sense is not limited to it that, but it is important to be available in the citizen
