Health care in sea ports announce the expansion of its therapeutic services to 60,000 employees inside and outside Sudan

The Maritime Ports Authority launched through the health care committee with new humanism to contact its employees, where the president of the Aboudi Sherbini committee revealed the provision of therapeutic services integrated into more than 60,000 port workers inside and outside Sudan, in the context of the social responsibility of the authority.

Sherbini explained during an enlightening meeting with journalists that the ports provide their services through the Hospital of Authority, in addition to agreements with the government and private hospitals in Sudan, as well as contracts with external hospitals in Egypt, India and Russia to support the treatment of those which are allocated to various specialties.

Dr. Fatima Omar Gilani, Director of Ports Pharmacy, confirmed that drugs offer 85% training of more than 65 pharmacists in cooperation with Dr. Omar Al -Rikabi, while Mohamed Othman Gilani revealed that the number of health cards issued to those who are eligible exceeded 56,000 cards that allowed them to obtain all the medical services.

Mohamed Hamed (Mamo) also indicated the signing of understanding of understanding with the Wadi El -Nile hospital and a number of companies specializing in treatment abroad, in addition to expanding cooperation with peripheral government hospitals to provide therapeutic service to workers.

The media welcomed the efforts of the health care committee, stressing that this experience deserves support and generalization to other government institutions in a way that improves its role towards its employees.
