The National Health Insurance Fund, Blue Nile Region Branch, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, organized an informative workshop to implement the Electronic Collection and Payment Program (Esali) 0
Mr. Jamal Ahmed Saleh, Director General of the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, said that the objective of the workshop is to put on the ground the joint plan prepared by the ministry in coordination with the delegation of the Federal Ministry of Finance led by Dr. Abdul Mohsen Ahmed Mohamed Khair, Director of the General Administration of Collection and Electronic Payments, to enlighten all government institutions and units at the regional and federal levels, of the importance and application of the Isali program.
Mr. Abdul Aziz Saleh, Director of the Department of Financial and Administrative Affairs, representative of the branch, said that the Isali program constitutes a development of electronic work and a qualitative leap in the improvement of income, transparency and control of public money, and he appreciated the step taken by the Ministry of Finance of the region to inform the institutions of this great work.
