State Minister calls for generalization of Shindi's experience in functional and administrative excellence
The Nile State Minister of Youth and Sports, Louay Mustafa, called for generalizing the Shendi experience in the functional and administrative performance excellence awards implemented by the Shendi locality across the departments quality and strategic planning.
Addressing the Excellence Awards ceremony, the minister said that the awards make continuous competition between departments and workers, which positively reflects the development of work level.
The Youth Minister praised the efforts made by the committee in setting standards and verifying the marks of employees and different departments in the competition.
Executive Director of Shindi Locality Khaled Abdul Ghaffar Al-Sheikh congratulated the winners of the Excellence Award and said that the competition was intense and the committee experienced difficulty in assessing the degrees of competition due to the tight level.
Khaled explained that the convergence of levels means that the level of performance in the locality is good, even excellent.
Abdul Ghaffar announced that the next Excellence Award would include expatriates who teach in different departments in the locality, and highlighted that their presence created a kind of exchange of ideas and cross-pollination of experiences, which was reflected in the level of performance at work in various fields.
Abdel Aziz Saad and Amna Sagheerun from the Excellence Committee presented the performances, standards of excellence and competition conditions.
Nile State Minister of Youth and Sports, Louay Mustafa, presented the Administrative Excellence Award, won by the Department of Social Welfare and received by the director of the department, Howaida Al-Jazouli, and Tariq Abdel Jalil from the Youth and Sports Administration received the Ideal Worker Excellence Award.
