A workshop to exchange experiences for Sudanese Red Crescent volunteers
The Sudanese Red Crescent Society organized a workshop to exchange experiences among volunteers.
Director of the Red Crescent Protection Project, Lubna Fath Al-Bab, said during her speech at the opening session that the positive interventions carried out by Red Crescent volunteers in Merowe to resolve the problems of war and deal with displaced persons and human trafficking issues and address the problems they face in accordance with the foundations and controls of the association.
She revealed that the Red Crescent has contracted with the support agencies to implement the programs of the second version of the protection project.
In turn, the executive director of the Marawi locality, Hassan Abdeen, praised the efforts of the Red Crescent and the protection project and its recent interventions in the locality.
He highlighted the local desire to support and sustain the project.
