It also sought to strengthen relationships between research centers, universities and the private sector. …and thus succeeded in bringing the country of Malaysia into the industrialization phase during the 90s, proving its existence and becoming capable of competing with more than 15,000 industrial projects…and attract… Other significant foreign investments… and in 22 years, he managed to give his country an honorable position among the emerging countries of the world… and the astonishing results obtained confirm this… The reserve Malaysia's state treasury increased from three billion per year to 98 billion…and the volume of exports reached 200 billion dollars…and the industry and service sectors began to contribute to approximately 90% of gross domestic product. .. and the average income of the Malaysian citizen fell from $1,200 in 1970 to $9,000 and the unemployment rate fell to less than 3%…
