Member of the Transitional Sovereign Council and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Shams al-Din Kabashi, confirmed that the Sudanese government document he presented to negotiate the cessation of hostilities and the passage of humanitarian aid is flexible. and negotiable to the extent that it guarantees an agreement with the SPLM-N to end the suffering to which citizens are exposed as a result of the war raging in areas under the control of both parties.
Al-Kabashi indicated during his meeting this afternoon at the “Bermit Juba” hotel with members of the popular delegation supporting the success of the humanitarian path that the government does not hesitate to provide aid to the rest of the States that experience similar situations provided that because there are guarantees and measures that guarantee the safety of workers of humanitarian organizations, especially since the government has already repeatedly approved similar measures that have been violated by militias rebels.
