Honoring health in Sennar for midwives Feelings and sensations – zero complacency – ✍️ Muhammad Al-Aqib
Beautiful is the idea and initiative of the Sennar Ministry of Health honoring the first generation of midwives in Sennar State, and the best part is that the idea came from the first head of the parish, the Governor of Sennar, according to what the Minister of Health, Dr., said. Ibrahim Al-Awad.
The state government's awareness of the importance of midwives and their homage has sublime human meanings other than those which contribute to strengthening the spirit of loyalty and belonging to the profession and the institution. However, the honor ceremony, and despite the beautiful feeling that began to occur. form for those present at the time of honoring mother midwives, the celebration, since the introduction of his colleague Hassan Al-Atrash (podium presenter), who. The honor ceremony was initiated by her, which was a surprise to most of those present, especially brothers, colleagues and media colleagues. She confirmed to some of them what had been whispered about the postponement of the honor of brother and colleague Bushra Bashir Al-Bushra, because his colleague Hassan did not indicate postponement, cancellation or anything be of this kind to be honored. the beloved Bushra, to whom he paid homage. This is a theme of the Midwives Honor Program, announced by the Ministry of Health in its official invitation on May 28, distributed to targeted individuals by official and media agencies and partners.
Unfortunately, the Ministry of Health, which continued to announce the tribute to its colleague Bushra on various occasions and on various platforms, did not bother to apologize to the guests on the main stage of the celebration of honor due to the fact that the honor of his colleague (Bushra) was postponed until a later date. later or next Monday, according to what we learned later from the Minister of Health, where this was planned according to the official invitation of the ministry (honoring journalist Bushra and first generation midwives).
The fact that the Ministry of Health did not apologize at the podium or instruct the presenter of the program to do so raises a number of questions, the reasons and answers of which seem larger than this. that the minister indicated following our question at the end of honoring midwives, because the justifications he was making were superficial and unconvincing, and I did not expect them to be issued at words of a minister like Dr. Ibrahim Al-Awad Abu Kuma, who tried to hide the main reasons as much as possible with statements refuted by evidence and evidence.
Excuse me, brother minister. Our conversation with our colleague Ibrahim Hammad about the site of honor that was announced during the press conference announcing the launch of Measles and Rubella at the Sinnar State Government Secretariat was just a point of view that can be accepted. or rejected because it is the ministry which wants to be honored and which has the right to determine the site it wishes. Our view does not mean that we are against the honor that we expressed explicitly at the conference and not implicitly in our. thanks to the Ministry of Health, who announced the honor for his performance and activity, and to Brother Bushra for his efforts to reverse this performance and activity which deserves the honor, but rather that the Ministry of Health justifies its failure today by not honoring Brother Bushra As part of the honor program announced and prepared by the ministry, because we did not agree on the place of honor or against, considering that the one of the reasons is a shameful matter and a form of belittling minds, so how can the ministry do it. comment on his failure in the honor that he prepared and announced two days ago in a point of view presented (42) days ago? Postpone the honor of brother and colleague Bushra without announcing it to the guests, or even renewing the invitation? that their presence does something in the souls of those honored or of those who are invited to be honored. However, we know that Bushra is bigger than that and understands reality, even if it seems vague and may have been imposed on the ministry. the last moments, that is to say after the invitation to honor was launched the day before yesterday.
In general, we are very aware of what is happening in the corridors of the media and the opinion of some on the media and the performance of executives, but our belief is that the media message will not stop and will continue. with efforts despite ingratitude to accomplish the message and appreciate the profession, the country and the citizen without hope or humiliation.
Perhaps the positions and words that accompanied the honor made me focus a lot on everything that was happening and what was being said. This concentration made me realize that official and public occasions need more order, even at the level of officials' speech and speech. expression of the occasion in question in a manner befitting it, and what prompted me to highlight it is an honest hadith from the government general, who came as the governor's representative to the celebration in honor midwives, and who said. after conveying greetings from the governor (The governor is busy with more important events)!!! By saying this, he undermined the importance of the celebration and honor that the governor personally led, and perhaps hurt others by doing so. Be responsible for your statements at all times.
The most beautiful moments and situations were those expressed by our colleague Yasser Mahmoud when he took the microphone and presented one of the winners when paying tribute to her, his mother, of whom he began to speak while getting up on its role in education and guidance. and their role as children in understanding, endurance and supporting her work as a midwife, and he quickly knelt down, kneeling and not prostrating, out of respect and appreciation for his mother, in a scene which expresses the status of his midwife. mother in himself.
Another scene enhanced the status of the midwife and the beauty of the ceremony and expressed respect and appreciation. The Minister of Health, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Awad, visited one of the oldest mother midwives at his headquarters and accompanied her to the podium of honor. Such a scene expresses a number of meanings and values that have begun to disappear for many people, especially civil servants. We hope that officials will be humble and treat people with respect and appreciation. or workers who have retired or those of military age, because jobs don't last and the world is disappearing, and what you are today will not be tomorrow.
Finally, we conclude that the Minister of Health reassured, on the sidelines of the meeting, that Brother Bushra would be honored with an honor worthy of his status. We hope this will come true.
