Dr. Haitham reviewed the losses suffered by the health system in Sudan due to the ongoing war in the country and the resulting diseases, emphasizing the importance of coordinating joint projects with the international community and humanitarian.
The meetings discussed the joint protocols and presented the reality of health in Sudan, as well as the status of Sudanese health personnel present in the concerned countries and facilitating related procedures.
In the same context, Dr. Haitham Bouzar, Minister of State of South Sudan, on the situation of medical personnel working at the border in addition to displaced people, refugees and returnees between the two countries, highlighting the need to activate the 'supply of medicines and health supplies and medical consumables across the border by river and postal transport, in addition to the common protocol related to the treatment and support of the health system in the Southern State, and the opening of the headquarters of the Council of medical specialties and joint international projects linked to the fight against epidemics and common diseases between the countries of the South. two countries, as well as training.
