Someone whose information I trust told me that a senior state official had asked the Nile government to replenish the (public treasury) with state revenue, and it was during the (heaviness) of the brutal war, which (broke the back of) public revenue. and (reduces) their flows to federal finances. This request was a “high certificate” for the state government and Wissam Ali Sadr, the minister (Mahjoub Al-Sir), this young man whose “successes” at the head of the ministry proved that he himself was . has broad horizons and “genius” to use what is possible and what is not to achieve financial and functional “stability” within the State, innovating in guarantees aimed at guaranteeing rights of workers and to develop public services, despite the ferocity. of the war…I had the honor of listening (with interest) to this young minister at public meetings and to others at state government meetings, and I noticed that he let (the figures and facts) on the ground speak for themselves. Far from the language of (constructions and wishes), and I felt that confidence invaded him and (ambition) overflowed from the papers stacked in front of him..!!*
*I told one of my journalist colleagues, as if this minister is superior to federal finances in handling the crisis, since he announces from time to time the provision (of employees' salaries) of the state government while covering public service expenses. , which the federal ministry is not able to do. As for the needs of the camps (training and alert), his ministry (Al-Qadah Al-Mu'ali) continued to carry out its activities until the state achieved this (success). as evidenced by the extent of the graduation of young recruits of both sexes… in addition to meeting the needs in agriculture and health… and today I read the latest (objectives) achieved by state finances, where the minister announced the provision of salaries in May this year, this means that the success of the ministry in its financial performance remains for him a constant and distinctive sign in difficult times.. !!
